Mr Editor, it looks like ELSA have their own house rules and not FIBA rules. Because they seem to have used the scores to work out the positions. Dunno how they come up with their team standing for sure. Please can you clarify with ELSA and let us know.

I have. ELSA used as agreed at the meeting before opening the overall score difference as a basis of team standings. not score averages of teams involved in a tie situation. house rules
