We are starting a cup tournament at Eastlea Community School.  We will have 8 teams maximum, paying £130 fee (£30 deposit, and £40 cash back if you don't go through the first round).  The dates are the 21st and 28th February. 

All members of the committee are volunteers; we have a number of qualified referees and table officials who assist us with their skils, some of them free of charge.  Needless to say, we don't make any profit and our books are open to any league member. 

More information on www.londonamateur.net; we provide with free training to those who want to become officials.  We have sponsored/seconded a number of league members to attend England Basketball coaching courses.  Last but no least, those who got qualified last season are making some money officiating in national/local leagues.

All participants in this league are registered with the national governing body, England Basketball.  Therefore any participant disqualified in another league or sport will not be able to join us.
