I don't think he is the best guard, but I think he deserves a mention. He's gonna get better though and maybe next year...you never know.  I think the number 6 of Get Smart, don't know his name,  is probably the best guard on his day. Plays well on both ends of the court.

I think Lloyd is a very good point guard cos not only he can score but he can also d up! It worth pointing out his age too.

Got the name of Epsom no 6 yet? Could it be Brendan Aguilar. He is Bravo's replacement when they are already winning. I think it is but will check this with the KAMPI register.

Yeah it is Brendan. Not sure about the last name though, you could be right.  I don't think he is Bravo's replacement though.  Im sure you watched the final last year between Paradiso and Direct. He was one of the main reasons they won that game.  The problem is Get Smart is Bravo's team. He is like the star with Carmona. Like Wade and Shaq. Shaq gives way and lets Dwyane run the show, but its effective and thats why they win championships because they have the team ethic going on.  The reason Bravo gets the MVP is because he knows when to bring his teamates into the game and he knows when to go it alone. Also the team adjusts there offense according to the defense of the opponent.  I know this is just an amatuer league but it makes for great watching.

I would vote for Charles, he was the most improved player last year for the Sunics & is one of the most passionate & enthusiastic out of the team! Although Mark should also be in the running for Best Guard as he is always consistent!

My vote has to be Charles Dela Cruz (Pinoy Sunics). In terms of leading and controlling his team, he has to stand out as one of the best guards and has been a good team player who plays with heart & passions.

After seeing his game against CLD...I dunno? Under pressure, he seems to lose it. Lack of basketball tactics and experience. For a point guard he doesn't seem to know where his team mates are!

for fil-agency i be putting #7jhong berza for my best guard position!!! he is reliable not only in offensive but on defence aswell,and take note hes the sportsmanship awardee in PSUK league!!!pls put him in d best guard poll!!!thanks more power

Let's not kid ourselves players. Ruel is the best guard there is. May not show his strength defensively but his overall contribution outweighs that. If he did not get the award again this year will be because KAMPI would like to give another player a chance.

Charles is getting better but not good enough yet. Has enyone heard of Chris Dizon? If he turns up for ML in the finals, you will do. Another veteran guard. Some say, Dizon is better. I think Dizon is quicker and runs a lot more than Bravo. But Dizon is getting on a bit. He must be in his 40's by now....

charles is a foul mouthed yob who shows no respect for the comittee and other players. he shows no leadership qualities as his confidence comes from his other team mates. he misses easy lay-ups and looses his game when afraid and consious of people watching or other good players. 

of course you would add charles and mark in the polls cause 'fillisfinest' is a member of sunics. let other players and not your own be the judge of that.

Let's not kid ourselves, Issusuki...Ruel IS not the best guard around. Ruel is currently the only one surrounded by other good players that complements his game. Like Barcelona who likes to do a baseball pass to him at every opportunity. No one works alone in a team. In terms of leadership quality he is ahead of Lloyd because he is older and wiser. Now we are seeing Reyes and Tubeza more often. Aguilar is more of a forward in my opinion...I may be wrong.
